NPO DigiCom - Digital Media and Repository of Knowledge(hereinafter referred to as "NPO DigiCom") has been conducting projects such as the "Parent-Child Communication Project," "Education to Enhance Internet Security Skills," and "Protecting Children from Internet Dangers" utilizing the internet since its establishment. As part of our efforts to promote the development of an information society, we have carried out numerous events, produced texts, conducted broadcasting projects, and created pamphlets. In delivering these various contents, we may ask participants to provide personal and privacy-related information.
We at NPO DigiCom recognize that carefully handling and securely protecting the personal and privacy information entrusted to us by everyone is not only a crucial promise to you but also a social responsibility. Based on this, we have established a "Privacy Action Guideline" as a guideline for handling personal and privacy information. We, "NPO DigiCom," and our members, promise to adhere to this guideline.

We will handle personal and privacy-related information as follows:
When Collecting Personal Information:
We will specify the concrete purpose of use, clearly present it for understanding and confirmation, and obtain the customer's consent before collection.
When Using Personal Information:
We will use the information only for the purpose of achieving the agreed-upon objectives. The handling of personal information will be limited to personnel and outsourced parties necessary for the operation of our services. If there are any changes to the purpose of use or if it becomes necessary to provide the information to a third party, we will seek consent again in advance. If consent is not obtained, we will not use the information for any other purposes or provide it to third parties.
Regarding the Management of Entrusted Personal Information:
We will establish a responsibility system for the protection of personal and privacy information. Prioritizing safety, we will implement appropriate security measures. We will educate and supervise NPO members and outsourced parties to ensure proper handling of personal information. After the use of personal information has ended, we will promptly delete it in an appropriate manner. If deletion is not possible, we will ensure that the information cannot be used.
